1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Numerang, a service operated by HAUS GROUP LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Numerang provides private virtual phone numbers for calling and texting. The service is intended for legitimate personal and business communications.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Numerang to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassing messages.
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or illegal activities.
• Harvest or collect phone numbers without consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or telecom infrastructure.
• Use the service for automated robocalling without proper authorization.

4. Pricing and Billing

Numerang charges a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription per active number. Fees are billed through the app. Prices may change with notice. Active numbers are billed monthly until cancelled.

5. Number Recycling

Virtual numbers are leased and may be recycled if your subscription lapses. We are not responsible for messages received by a recycled number after it is released.

6. Limitation of Liability

HAUS GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Numerang. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or via our Delete Account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where HAUS GROUP LLC is registered.
