Delete Your Account

Numerang is operated by HAUS GROUP LLC. This page explains how to permanently delete your Numerang account and the data we hold.

Delete via the App (Recommended)

Follow these steps inside the Numerang app:

  1. 1Open the Numerang app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Navigate to Settings from the sidebar or bottom navigation.
  3. 3Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
  4. 4Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm when prompted.
  5. 5Your account and associated data will be permanently removed. You will be signed out.
What Gets Deleted
  • Your Numerang account and login credentials
  • All burner numbers associated with your account
  • All SMS, MMS, and call log records
  • Voicemail messages and transcriptions
  • Your saved contacts
  • Automation rules and preferences
  • Billing history and subscription records
What May Be Retained
  • Anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
  • Records required by law or to prevent fraud, retained for the legally mandated period.
  • Telecom carrier (Twilio) transaction records, governed by their retention policy.
Alternative: Delete by Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing:

Include "Delete My Numerang Account" in the subject line and the email address associated with your account in the body. We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
