Numerang, operated by HAUS GROUP LLC, provides private virtual phone numbers ("burner numbers") for calling and texting. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Numerang app.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address and authentication tokens when you create an account.
• Communication metadata: phone numbers you contact, call durations, message timestamps, and delivery status.
• Message content: SMS/MMS content sent and received through your burner numbers, stored to provide the service.
• Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, and device information for analytics and improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provision and manage virtual phone numbers on your behalf.
• To route, deliver, and log calls and messages.
• To provide voicemail transcription and automation features.
• To process billing and subscriptions.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with our telecom provider (Twilio) to deliver calls and messages, and with payment processors to handle billing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Communication logs and voicemail transcriptions are retained for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, your data is removed as described in our account deletion process.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. Authentication tokens are managed securely by the platform.
